Harassment Free Workplace
As endorsed by our National union, Unifor, and our employer, Post Consumer Brands, our local believes that every individual has the right to dignity and respect both within the union and in the workplace. The responsibility of creating and preserving a safe and harassment-free environment is a collective one assumed by all Unifor members. Unifor shall endeavour to provide leadership in setting standards of behaviour, which reflect our commitment to equality.
Health and Safety
Unifor Local 1101 is truly passionate about maintaining a safe work environment for all its members. Safety is an issue that impacts every aspect of our lives. With so much priority designated to safety, we continually strive to improve and move forward with safety recognition, empowerment, and improvement. Working with our employer, Post Consumer Brands, and our membership, Unifor Local 1101 aims to maintain balance within the labour system, and will keep progressing with safety to create a safe work environment for every worker.
